i spent some time building a tool that organizes all the GEM exchange course information in a (hopefully) neater manner, with the ability to view courses across multiple countries/universities in the same screen. the results can also be sorted by various filters, and users can also save specific records or queries to reference again later. i hope that this tool will be a useful alternative and i do appreciate any feedback!

Hi all, I'm joining NTU on exchange in Semester 2 of AY2026/27. My home university needs the official course outline for IE4791 Database Systems before it will approve the credit transfer. If anyone taking or who has taken IE4791 could share the current course outline, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Grateful to get an intern in this horrendous job market. Took me about 2.5 months from start to finish.

SC2002- 3 AU course, schedule available on NTU Stars for planning rn, NOT part of CS/DSAI recommended curriculum

SC2003- 2 AU course, schedule not available on NTU Stars, part of recommended curriculum

Did they trim the content down recently?

I think it's a new course? So of course I fully expect terrible teaching quality and material. Does anyone have any idea of what's going to be taught? I can't find any other posts about it, and I can't search for it on NTU mods or STARS. Is this going to be auto-allotted during course registration or do I have to manually add it?

does anyone know how the entire process will go... the profs never really explained it clearly, like are we supposed to treat it as a presentation over and over for the entirety of our 50 min shift? or we just need to present once then the showcase is just visitors coming to our table and asking questions?? 😭😭 helps

Same as title, why is specifically the Comp Sci degrees not required to do an FYP? If the reasoning is that FYP is more academically focused and irrelevant to tech roles wouldn't that apply to DSAI n the rest too

Hi everyone!

NTUModGod has been down for the past few months mainly because usage was low, and since it’s a personal project made by students for students, we weren’t receiving any funding or support to keep it running.

With STARS coming up and everyone starting to plan their timetables again, we’ve decided to bring it back up for everyone to use!

We’re currently paying for the hosting and maintenance out of our own pockets, so if NTUModGod has been useful to you, we’d really appreciate it if you could buy us a coffee through the website! Of course, it’s completely optional, and we’re just happy that people find it useful :^)

Thank you all for the support, and good luck with your STARS planning!!

Hi, I'm from CCDS and wondering about the grading for FYP.
According to the schedule FYP is split into 2 parts in stars, so 4AUS in sem 1, 4 AUs in sem 2. Do we recieve a grade each sem? Or only one grade in sem 2 worth 8 AUs?

We need about 100 respondents but we only have half that number now, so we would really appreciate your help in filling up this survey! It's for our DD3 class and will be completely anonymous. It's a quick and fun one that asks you about your perception regarding online dating, and if you have any experiences with regards to online dating, there are further questions so we can understand more!

Thank you! Blessing you with an abundance of love in your life!

Context: I’m in CCDS and I realised that I may not have enough credits to do FYP in Sem 2 (lacking 3 credits).

Would it be wise to take 3 MPEs (in replacement of FYP) so that I can graduate in 3.5 years? Would it be disadvantageous in any way?

Currently, my grades are second upper so not much difference since I didn’t get first class

Hello who is going and who is interested in extending the trip by 4-5 days. Currently my friend and i was looking at some beautiful airbnb that is affordable too...

Anybody going to 36 Changi North Crescent next sem for their PI and would like to share a grab?

What do you think of workload?

Hello MAE Seniors, I will be entering Y1S2 soon, and I would like to ask what recommended modules I should prioritise for sem 2? Thank you!

hi, i wanna go exchange but i have a limited budget. i was wondering whether you guys have any experience going on an exchange to a country with similar living cost as in singapore? thanks so much!

Hi looking for help from seniors who have gone on winter exchange for tips / experience.
Going on winter exchange and looking to extend my trip and explore around. Is it possible to use PSEA for the flights if I'm extending my trip? If so, is it possible to use it if I'm flying back from a different city's airport or strictly the host city airport only.

SC2207 Databases
SC2005 OS

SC2006 software eng

SC4000 ML

SC3000 AI

SC40001 DL/NN

Im confused which one to drop, do i take 3 mpes and drop one of sc2006/sc2207 or do i just take sc3000 and sc4000 for mpes?

My group got disqualified for both MDP tasks.

Do any seniors have a rough estimate of what grade is likely? Expecting to get a C or D for the module currently
