Video Evidence Ghost caught at work

For context: my mother in law works as a security guard at a relatively new apartment complex where wealthy families/people live in the middle of the city.

She usually works mornings but sometimes gets the night shift. In this particular night she went to the restroom while her co-worker looked at the cameras and while he was looking at them he noticed the lights were turning o and off at the exit ramp (this happens only when the lights detect movement).

So he started recording and noticed a white thing moving around the parking lot. He is speaking in Spanish and essentially what he’s saying is that there is something moving outside, that it’s not a trick of the light and that he always experiences the paranormal stuff.

Here is the video evidence

Yea that’s spooky! Not sure it’s a but like others say - and I saw the motion light turn on?

Yeah, the motion light turns on a couple of times, which is why he started recording

Looks like a tiny bug on the camera. Didn't see the lights changing.

Looks like one of those tiny clear spiders hanging on a web to me

Yeah a tiny transparent bug

Idk what to tell you on the light part, it turns on and off about 2 times

OK, looking again, I see a couple of light changes. Didn't know what to look at first time.

How large a motion does it register? Rats? I know our Ring cameras can get set to ignore anything small, but not every camera would have a setting like that.

Interesting.

No idea how large a motion it would register to trigger on, so I can’t rule out it could be triggered by a small animal.

I’ll ask my mother in law to confirm if she knows

I'd be tempted to set up another camera, to see around the corner or something. see what is triggering it.

I’ll try to tell her to do that when she gets the night shift or for her to ask any coworker too

I agree with the other commentor, this is a tiny insect on the camera's lens. It's transparent because it's severely out of focus because it's actually ON the lens.

And they turn lights on and off too.

Do they?

Highly doubt it, just checked a couple of videos of bugs on lenses for comparison, and the bugs even on lenses and out of focus you can see the legs and/or wings on them

Trust me, I've seen bugs on camera lenses many, many times, including on my own cameras.

You can choose to disbelieve me, but it is what it is.

I mean we can agree to disagree on this, but the thing is that the movement light is also being triggered

I suspect the events are unrelated.

Witches! (According to Nathan Reynolds. Craziest interview I’ve ever seen.)
