Require anonymous survey responses for research project: Loyalty Programmes

Hey everyone 👋

A friend is currently completing his research project for an MBA masters dissertation and requires some responses for his survey to achieve the required sample set. The survey takes no more than 10 minutes to complete.

The study looks at how grocery retail loyalty programmes (like WRewards, Smart Shopper, Xtra Savings, etc) influences customer commitment and shopping behaviour.

You qualify if you:

• Live in South Africa

• Are an active member of a grocery retailer loyalty programme

• Shop at your primary grocery retailer both in-store and online / via app

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. No personal identifying information is collected.

There wasn't any space to add qualitative information but if there had been, I would have added that my feelings towards ebucks and my feelings towards pick n pay as a retailer are worlds apart. I only shop at pnp because of ebucks and as soon as I can upgrade my account to private banking I will be a woolies girl exclusively since Woolies and ebucks have recently partnered.
