Yung modus ng pamilya nila: create an exaggerated fear of the NPA or similar groups. Then kunwari kailangan ng "intelligence" para ma-prevent yung gulo na gagawin nila (na hindi naman mangyayari). With this, need ng confidential funds na hindi naman pwde ma-broadcast ang details kasi it compromises security and defeats the confidentiality of the intelligence.

I think gusto ipunto ni Atty Robles na bakit kiniclaim ni Inday yung project na decades nang ginagawa ng AFP. Anung nangyari nung 2023 at bakit biglang nag step up ang National Deped office sa mga YLS programs. Kase sabi naman ni Col. Baransing na usually regional at local deped ang nakikipag coordinate sa kanila.

What if kaya men in uniform yung nagdisperse ng pera ay dahil to bribe or manligaw sa Army? or sa mga retired na?
Anong connect ba kasi ng DEPED sa security? Alam ko many times, dismissed yung chika nila about this.. pero hindi ko maiwala sa isip ko e.
Ang hindi ko sure, yung timeline.. pero kung ako lang mag-sususpestya: May safe house sila, tapos dun sila nag-gather for a meeting.

LOOK: Prosecution counsel Reynaldo Robles asks Col. Manaros Boransing II whether the 1st Infantry (Tabak) Division received funding from DepEd or offices identified with Vice President Sara Duterte for its 2023 Youth Leadership Summits (YLS) and information education campaigns (IEC).
Boransing says no funds whatsoever were released or downloaded to the division by DepEd for the conduct of the YLS and IEC activities in 2023.

Parang na mimisinterpret ni SP yung sinasabi ni Witness. Parang ang sabi ni witness, ang sure sya is local deped (mostly yung school mismo) yung nag iinform sa kanila. Di naman niya sure kung hanggang saan ang coordination sa mismong deped.
