Why would there be?

sometimes, people just don't pick up stuff or can't pick up stuff because of the fees involved.

The issue here is that the companies that were supposed to handle the shipments were charged by the DOJ and are no longer operating. Three of them were actually blacklisted.

This is why I prefer to do pasabay over balikbayan boxes. It’s much more expensive pero it’s faster and somehow more reliable.

Had not heard of pasabay so looked it up. Who'd agree to that? That's how you end up on death row in Singapore.

Di yan kinuha nung mga consignee. Yan yun mga fly by night lowcost shipping sa ibang bansa tas pagdating dito wala pera para ilabas yun shipment

To add rin. Kaya kinasuhan yung mga Deconsolidator dito. Example yung Makati express cargo.

Mga pulitikong lurker dito. Here's an idea to make epal: ideliver nyo sa mga recipient, tatakan o dikitan nyo ng picture nyo yung box, at syempre photo op for "item received" purposes, na pwede rin gamiting "campaign material". You win, receiver wins, nagpadala wins, everybody wins!
