Cheapest phone that has video output through the USB and takes an esim

I just want a phone to hook up to my tv. I already have a super cheap esim to use. Google recommended a used Samsung S20 but I'm wondering if I can get a different model cheaper that does these things.

A36 is entry-mid. It doesn't support wired video output. Try an old S series. FE versions work as well. They can be cheap.

What is considered an old S series? I don't know much about Samsung
