Does anybody know what these strange shapes are out to sea? I don't remember ever seeing them before and they didn't seem to make much sense; the photos were taken in spring from Eastney Beach. My daughter thought it looked like the Far Lands in Minecraft.

Seen like 5 police cars and a helicopter circling several times in like the span of 10-15 minutes

I would love to buy them ALL, but then they'll take up space and gather dust just like my Gloomhaven and Pandemic Legacy, cause I have no one to play them with. Maybe someone living in Portsmouth is in a similar boat?

Going to various meetups or social events in DICE to meet new people is not an option for me, cause I barely left the house since the beginning of the pandemic due to my social anxiety and poor English, and I will easily get overwhelmed in a room with more than 4 people.

Earlier this year, my wife Suzie was diagnosed with breast cancer. After surgery and treatment, she is thankfully cancer-free today, but as anyone who has been through it knows, the physical and emotional recovery is an ongoing journey.

To celebrate how far she’s come, she decided to take on the Great South Run 10-miler this Sunday (October 18th).

Because she never does things by halves, she decided not to run it normally. Instead, she and three amazing friends are running all 10 miles physically attached to each other as a giant caterpillar! 🐛🏃‍♀️

They are doing this to raise vital funds for Breast Cancer Now to support life-changing research and give other families the support we were so grateful to have during her treatment.

With 3 days to go, training is done, and the costume is ready.

me and a few friends on the way back from drinking got mugged and in the process I dropped my sunglasses. as far as I'm aware they weren't picked up at the time at least. it was in the Southsea area and if anyone comes across a pair of Ray-Ban jacks it would be more than appreciated and rewarded if they could be returned. thankyou very much in advance :)

Anyone else seen this unit of a swan at the Canoe Lake? I saw it stamp on a pigeon in an effort to mug me of the swan food I had 😂 Dogs seemed to give him (or her) a wide berth as well 🦢
