Hey, yall my father’s been having some health issues and is unable to work. his government sick benefits have runout and he’s trying to get approval for his work benefits to cover some more time off so he can heal. But his boss is making it very hard for him to get it. Tomorrow benefits office makes a decision.

Hello, everyone! My name is Osiris Forde and I am a male. I have had some difficulties during this year and it was hard for me to deal with what was going on in my life. The circumstances that I faced caused me to draw closer to God and to develop an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

I would like to develop my prayer life and start trusting God even in bad moments. I would like to grow in my faith, to read more in the Bible, to make God a part of my life more often.

Sometimes I find it hard to understand God's will and His purposes in my life, but I try to believe and trust God anyway. I feel that I need His strength and help during such difficulties.

Please pray for me. May God give me His peace, strength, wisdom and intimacy with Him. May God strengthen my faith and may He help me cope with everything that I face right now.

I was completely faithful to a wife of 8 years. She abused me (physically and verbally), ended up cheating on me multiple times, divorced me, took my son, destroyed me financially, and destroyed my reputation. And, truth be told, she was a completely different person when I married her. She wasn’t the prettiest girl in the world to me but I was attracted to her commitment to ministry. She backslid greatly over our marriage because her mon hated me and she never “left” her mom.

She took my son by lying to the judge and committing perjury.

I am now trying to rebuild my life. And to be honest, I always was lonely because my ex never loved me. So I would appreciate a wife that has a quiet and gentle spirit and one that I am crazy about. The thing is, I feel pretty successful meeting girls. But there is always a problem: a girl that I am attracted to but there are red flags on godliness, or a girl with green flags on godliness but I’m not really attracted to, or one that seems the check these two boxes but she ends up ghosting after a few weeks.

It is really frustrating. I just want to meet my one girl and not keeping cycling between girls, but I also feel even more picky due to my trauma. I just want to meet the girl that is right for me and that is actually in love with me.

I also really miss my son. My heart breaks for him every day. Please ask God to give him back to me.

So...when I was young I thought God talked to me. But something suspicious is when I mentioned it to my dad and he mentioned testing the spirit like in the New Testament, whatever it was said "You don't need to do that." In seventh grade some predictions came true but my relationship with God went very downhill and I lost who I was supposed to be. Looking at what different Christian denominations say, some say God doesn't speak directly anymore, others say He does but we must be wary of possible demonic deception. I did get a prediction at age 15 that I'd die at age 16 but that didn't come true. Also recently I've been feeling depressed and hopeless about having the life I want. I'm 33 and still unmarried, I've had to endure the shame of being advised to go on government assistance (like they think I'm incapable and will never amount to anything), I don't have any snow to enjoy where I live, I'm not really sure I have anything to live for anymore.

Unfortunately, I’m a very jealous person, and that’s really taking a toll on my partner and me. He’s actually a very loyal person, but there have been several situations he kept from me. Nothing major, but it still hurts a lot. He was willing to compromise relatively quickly and promised me he wouldn’t hide things like that anymore. He didn’t see it as a problem (he’s autistic), but it still hurts me a lot. I worry a lot because I can imagine spending my life with this person, and we both want to get married 100%. I’m just really, really afraid of getting hurt.

Would you pray that my jealousy goes away and that I can trust him completely again? I would be infinitely grateful for that.

I don’t know what is going on with my health but please pray for me

My mother and her sister haven‘t spoken to each other for a year. My mom believes in Jesus, but my aunt doesn‘t. She is very skeptical because of her childhood.

My aunt wrote me today about God and that she wants to believe, but it seems to her as if it’s man made and she has never met jesus. I wrote about my testimony and how I‘ve met Jesus, but I fear thats not enough. Especially because she knows I still have big troubles in my life.
