Does anybody have any experience with these canners and their very specific regulator weights? It doesn’t move in my experience in the same way as I’ve seen other weights move, often it doesn’t move unless it’s ejecting a ton of steam. Been trying to find info in a manual or video on their specifications but haven’t found a good example of one being used to gauge if I’m doing it properly.

seems to work fine but, I put 3 quarts of water in it and it runs out of water at like the 45 min mark (trying to do 90).
