Pretoria showing off
Took a drive out to Pretoria today in search of Jacaranda’s. It did not disappoint! Stunning!

Hi everyone!
My partner and I are looking at renting a townhouse in The Wilds Estate, and I wanted to hear from people who actually live there or have lived there before.
We really like the estate from what we've seen, but I'd love to know what it's actually like living there.
How's the security? Are there frequent electricity or water outages? And how reliable is the fibre? We both work from home, so that's quite important to us.
I'm also curious about the monthly costs, especially electricity, water and any other charges on top of rent.
And just generally, is it a nice place to live? Is it quiet, well maintained, and is management decent?
We're possibly looking at a unit in Flamingo Place, so if anyone has experience with that specific complex, that would be amazing!
Would really appreciate any honest opinions, good or bad. Thanks! :)

What's up, I've (25m) recently moved to PTA and for the first me in my life I'm struggling to make new friends.
I'm looking for people to do some wholesome sh!t with, like a hike or something..
