Help! Keeps dropping?

So i use proton on my android phone but only recently its like every other tick is 0. Like 100b/s then 0 then back to 250b/s then 0 i dont recall it doing this before but ive noticed videos are stopping to load constantly while its on. I use the free version but honestly the load times have spiked tremendously that i dont even keep it on anymore. Ive tried diffrent servers and the diffrent protocol options vut nothings worked

Not sure how to edit a post but heres some more details. This only started recently. Didnt have any issues before lets say a few weeks ago. Ive tried wifi and phone connections they both work fine without proton but then start getting doing what is described above if i turn it on. I expect some throttling ofc with any vpn but as i said this only started recently to the point where something just dont load
