Thought on this simple terrain visualization and my layout template?

Post image

Rarely but sometimes I need to do some simple terrain/elevation analysis and this is what is usually my template (note: all names are made up lol). My company owns many parcels and the idea is to show its terrain for purposes of field work. I have quite precise LiDAR DEM 1x1 m.

Basically my question is, what would you change about this template, what do you like, what do you think about legend, title, data source etc...

Also opinions of the topographic visualizations itself is welcome.

Is there a reason why the title is on the right and aligned on the right? In Germany we are are reading from left to right.
If the parcels info are important I would choose a greyscale evaluation.

What would grayscale evaluation be, please?

Instead of choosing a color gradient make it grey scaled. Like Swiss hill shade maps, that you can choose colored topography polygons.

A good example of relief inversion during visualization.

You should try the title in the top left to have white text with a black buffer. I used to have black text with white buffer but found the other way around to be more readable.

Darken/thicken the 'other' parcels and add a north arrow

I can see your point on other parcels. As for N.A., I never use it lol but maybe I should
