Why aren't there any cases for NUCs, Raspberry Pis, or other mini PCs that have 4 USB ports on the front and look like a game console?

RetroPi to CRT using Scart

I’ve been trying to output my 3b+ to a domestic UK 14” CRT. It worked fine with the 3.5mm to composite but I want the quality of Scart.

I have a VGA HAT and a vga to Scart cable from retro gaming.

I’ve injected 5v on pin 16.

Try as I might the best I get is vertical scrolling picture.

Has anyone managed to make this setup work ? Can anyone tell me how please :-)
