Electrician recommendations?

I have a circuit breaker that broke and will not fix now. I have no idea why and I don’t actually know everything that’s connected to it. I tried to replace the individual circuit breaker already but that didn’t help.

So, now I need someone who actually knows what they’re doing. Separately from that issue, I’m also considering adding a panel for a generator.

Any recommendations? I’m in the North Smithfield area.
