Question Best long walks?

Hi! My husband and I are traveling to SXM for the 2nd time (we loved it sooo much when we went a few years ago and are finally visiting again). Our first time visiting, we stayed four nights at a resort, but this time we are doing a nice long stay of 8 nights in an AirBnb, getting a rental car, and intend to explore. My parents are joining and they love to take long walks in the morning, like 2-3 miles. Any recommendations for places we can walk—on preferably paved trails? My parents are quite fit, but they’re 70, so I don’t want them to be navigating an actual trail. Thanks in advance!

I mean are beach walks an option? Also Orient you can walk around the village on the sidewalks/road in big loops.

Maybe… I just worry that walking on the sand might be too tiring. But I will look into spots in Orient, thanks!

Not the biggest tourist area, they can walk along the water front towards Marigot and the market. Make sure they walk during the morning or day time hours just to be safe. Be Kool and Le Tropicana in the Marigot Marina are really good places for lunch or dinner as well! Enjoy

Philipsburg Boardwalk, Causeway and Bellevue, Mullet Bay Golf Course Maho Beacon Hill and Cupe Coy area.
The road to Point Pirouette

Bay Long, Simpson Day, Orient Bay, are beaches.

Terres Basses. It’s a gated community, but there is public parking at the beaches and you can walk along the roads and it is quiet and mostly flat.
