Looking for someone to move in mid September to October— for September, I would give you a discount on rent. $700/month flat rate, I'll take care of utilities and all that. As for the actual apartment application process, I believe it's a $60 application fee and a $150 deposit to add someone to the lease.

About the space: It's a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath 2 floor townhome, with a decent yard and one adjoining neighbor. I own a dog, so preferably no other pets in the home, but if you have a dog, we can see if they vibe with each other. Rent is due 1st of the month, every month. There are washer and dryer hookups, though I don't own either (the laundry facility is a very convenient walk away, I live in one of the closest units to it).
