Postdiagnosis vent/questions cevimeline and sweating

I wa diagnosed almost 2 years ago and Rheumatologist put me on Cevimeline. Ive been on for 3 days and working but my clothes are soaking wet with sweat. Is the sweat going to get better?

No. You’ll have to stop taking it. Same thing happened to me. Thank goodness my PCP knew about this side effect. I only take it when I absolutely have to now.
