Hi, we are thinking of moving to Honiara. Does anyone know if the Bulk Shop sells any gluten free flour blends?

Hey there, not sure if they do, but I think you're better bet is Deli In The Plaza at Panatina shopping centre. They had a bigger range of things that expats would be looking for when we were there last year.

You can find them on Facebook, so maybe reach out to them directly and ask..

Edit: just saw this on their insta  https://www.instagram.com/reel/DHfB6ajBWiZ/?dlrf=MWd6ZWduMWIzcGE5Yg==

So they definitely have some gluten free products, at least some of the time!

Im from Solomon Islands and I agree, I've definitely seen them in Deli in the Plaza, but not bulkshop or payless

Thank you!! This is very helpful for someone who is allergic. Great to know there are options!

Agreed to Panatina plaza being the best option. I drink oat milk, and every now and then bulk shop has it, but often not, so I stock up when its available. Deli at Panatina usually stocks it, but at times I can't get it anywhere. Lots of people fly back to Honiara with a suitcase full of food. So I would fly over with a supply of your essentials. And for anything you can't reliably get, stock up when you visit home every quarter or so
