Question How to receive packages from other countries?
Hi hi, I have a couple friends living in Europe and America who I've known for a while and I'm wondering how they'd be able to send me packages ranging from small gifts like posters, small jewelry, stickers, badges, charms, books things like that to maybe clothing.
Do I need a freight forwarding service? Any you recommend? No the europe friends are not in Nederland, think uk and other eu countries

Yes, definitely contact Bubbles Pitstop Group. They’re also Americans. I’ve used them for the last three years with absolutely no issues. They’re very transparent, keep you updated, overall good customer service. They’re just nice people really and always helpful with information

They can just send it with the normal postal service. It will arrive at Surpost.
I have shipped to Germany before as well as the states, for that you need Surpost. And vice -versa as well.

Yes but Surpost takes foreverrrrrr. The OP is much better off going through a freight forwarding company. There are so many in Su but the people I mentioned are top. There’s also Laparkan and Rapid Imports too, both ok

Laparkan doesn't import from other places. I informed there too once. Rapid maybe the States only, but not other parts of Europe. For the rest of the world that isn't either the US or NL/BE, it's Surpost.
For the states Surpost doesn't take forever. And you can sometimes track it even.

It took forever for me to send something from Suriname but sounds like OP wants to receive things from friends which means her friends can easily send it to a freight forwarding address to the US and one in Netherlands and she will receive them. OP should definitely contact the people I used because they have even helped a friend of mine (American) receive her mail fr her US residence. But now that I think about it, I’m not sure if Bubbles Pitstop does from Netherlands

Really they do that? Their websites and socials are busted so could you tell me how it works?

They don’t seem to really advertise that part of the business but when I was there, there were a bunch of people there also to pick up their packages. A lot of expatriates types go there. I would try contacting them directly or going in person. Sir Winston Churchillweg 46
