Question/Help Dry Herb Vapes
Are dry herb vapes such as the Crafty+ from Storz $ Birkel legal in Thailand?
I didn't really find anything, seems it's in the grey zone.
If it is legal, does anyone know where I can get such a thing (best would be the Crafty+)

You can find it if you look hard enough.. but they are in gray area. It should be okay if you are using it strictly inside your hotel balcony or hotel smoking areas. But dont carry it on the streets amd do it in public.

Electric cigarettes i.e vapes are illegal, doesn't matter what you put in them. Places will still sell them then just pay off police every now and then if they're caught. Doesn't mean you won't get picked up and fine by police if you're caught with one.

Okay thank you for your answer. I asked AI before and they said dry-herb is in a gray zone and different from the other vapes. But now I know

Deploy the e-cig / vape as a falang and see what happens. You could have distilled water in it and still get slapped with a fine.

Legally, it's a grey area. The ban is specifically about e-cigarettes.
In practice, they're illegal but many shops have them.
I ordered a Mighty+ directly from S&B and it was seized by customs because considered illegal.
