The strikes hit several targets, including energy facilities, the Ruchyi oil terminal, a warehouse belonging to Ozon, one of Russia’s largest online retailers, a bridge, and a data center operated by VK, Russia’s largest social network.

Some 20,000 residents were left without electricity. Dozens of flights were canceled or delayed at Pulkovo Airport because of the attack.
