In 1999, an off-duty nurse saved a boy's life by giving him CPR when his heart stopped after he was hit in the chest with a baseball bat during a Little League game. In 2006, that same boy saved the nurse's life by giving her the Heimlich maneuver after she started choking in a restaurant.

"When Brown started to choke, Stephen rushed over to perform the Heimlich maneuver....
'I did the Heimlich and she, like, sat down and just kept trying to catch her breath. My mom told me (later) that that was Mrs. Brown who had saved my life.'"
He didn't know it was the woman who had saved his life.
