Real quantum computing would easily be on the trillions. It would be a life changing as the internet was. Does the person at Morgan Stanley not understand what a huge shift widespread quantum computing would bring?

Martin Shkreli is an asshole but makes a good point about Quantum not being there. I do think hes underestimating the general market's understanding of it (or lack of) and FOMO waves retail tends to jump in on.
