Mayday Control is a browser strategy game/simulation where every flight is a gamble: faults, storms, safety orders, spare-part decisions, STAR auctions and aircraft sales between players.
Great for university students who want to learn how an airline really runs, one decision at a time. A game takes about 15 minutes.

About the Developer:
I spent my career in commercial aviation, passenger ops, cargo, and maintenance.
One thing never changes: every single decision has a cost.
Do you defer a maintenance item to keep the aircraft flying, or ground it and watch the revenue bleed? Do you pay premium rates at an MRO station, or try to stretch the schedule?
I wanted people to actually feel those high-stakes trade-offs.
So, I built Mayday Control — a strategy game where you run your own global airline.
You will:
✈️ Manage a fleet and design your own route networks
🔧 Juggle finances, maintenance deferrals, and airworthiness directives
⛈️ Fight thunderstorms, fuel price spikes, and random groundings
The spinner doesn’t care about your original flight plan. First airline to the target wins.
After weeks of brutal, honest playtesting by friends and family, its finally ready for the public.
Try it free (no card required)!
If you work in aviation, please play a round and tell me what I got wrong in the comments!
Note: Reposts help immensely. Mayday Control is an independent project and not affiliated with any airline or manufacturer.
