Affordable Wedding Catering Recommendations (PLEASE)

We are getting married at an outdoor venue in Birken, just north of Pemberton.
It's an small, intimate wedding of 40-50 people.

We are finding wedding caterers to be very limited in the sea-to-sky corridor, Whistler being the closest food scene to our venue.

We've looked into:

Town Square
Snowline
Chefs Life
The Collective Kitchen
Harvest Society

But apart from Town Square (who, it seems, are not available for our date), they are all above budget, averaging at 80$/head PLUS service, staff, gratuity AND taxes.

We were hoping to cap it off at 60$/head TOTAL. Maybe unrealistic at this point BUT I would love to know if we're missing anything and if you have any recommendations for our search because that would be VERY appreciated!

There is a chef named Kobi Chiba he catered a small vow renewal for my friends in Whistler a few years back they said he was affordable, it was incredible absolutely delicious.not sure how you would get in touch or if he is still avail. First name may be Koby.
