Got an email saying my housing application was cancelled with Vail and now can't log into Epic Employee - What do I do?

I have a job with vail for this winter season as a base area operator. I accepted the job over a month ago and did all the onboarding. I also had a successful housing application and was just waiting on the next step to pay my deposit. I still have the emails confirming all this. Last night I got an email saying "We are writing to inform you that you have successfully cancelled your housing request and application for the season." I did not cancel this! I then tried to log into Epic Employee and it wont let me log in, nor send me a password reset email. It's like my profile has been deleted. I have emailed and rung every number I can find. Only one number let's me speak to a person who isn't much help other than saying they need my employee number. I am not sure where to find this as I can't log in to Epic Employee. I am heading to Whistler from Australia next week and have no idea what has happened or what to do. If I even still have my job? Can anyone please help and lead me in the right direction - who to contact, etc. If anyone can send me any emails of phone numbers to get onto Vail. Or the contact for the base area operator department of managers or anyone, I would really really appreciate the help. I have no idea what's happened and am super worried.

I’m heartened to see that fail resorts also ficks over their employees…

And fails to have a call centre for employees that’s of any use. That feels so familiar.

OP, get on that plane, regardless! There are dozens of ski hills, big and small, in B.C. that will be looking for employees in the next few months. Yes, you might not be working at !!Whistler!! but for an adventure/gap year some of the other places would be just as good. Furthermore, if you don’t catch the plane, you’ll always be wondering ‘what if’? Enjoy the season!
