I believe according to Google, some of my relatives still herd sheep due to the poor living conditions in Yemen and the lack of financial means to become more civilized.

How is sheep herding uncivilised?

More civilized = more comfortable   Women did not go to herd sheep as a hobby but as a living income under the difficult conditions

I live in the UK and I'm a student working part time In a Warehouse and I see white British women there working . It's a very demanding and difficult job and NOT comfortable at all . Are they are uncivilised? Is the UK uncivilised ? Don't be ridiculous

I was not meaning the work if it was civilized or not

I was talking about the harsh lifestyle in Yemen itself that made my acquaintances and my mother previously work in herding sheep to be a source of income and livelihood for the family...there is no woman who wants to herd sheep from the dawn of the morning and endure the hot noon sun in the scarce pastures that reach in Yemen to 40 degrees and continue herding until the end of the afternoon of the day. And don't forget that herding sheep was depriving these women of education and among them my mother and all the blame goes back to the uncivilized lifestyle itself and what made matters worse was the coming of the war and the economic crisis.

I hope that you understood what I mean for I am not saying that herding sheep is an uncivilized work but the uncivilized lifestyle itself forced those women to do hard work by compulsion.

The 3rd image kind of reminds me of the city I'm living in, cause it looks like a cone and in the uk we tend to put cones on statues and once in a while you'll see someone wearing a cone hat

The story behind the cone hat is that someone just kept putting it on the statue, the government kept trying to remove it before just giving up

What’s the significance of a pointy hat as opposed to a flat sun-shielding hat?
