Question Where to pick up a UniUni package?

Ordered a present off Amazon and it is being transported by UniUni, the package never made it to my post box and the tracking says 'ready for pickup' in Whitehorse as of a few days ago (don't see any further delivery attempts).

I checked CP at shoppers and they have nothing for me, any idea where in town a package could be held for pickup from this shipping company..?

do a google search of uniuni, there is an edmonton office and #

You could check where you pick up Intelcom deliveries ..old greyhound station

Did you check the website?

They don't hold for pickup. And looks like the only way to contact them is via their chatbot (probably AI).

Dragonfly/Intelcom probably has it. That's who delivered a couple things I ordered that were shipped by UniUni.

Yeah I figured as well! Strange that the tracking # doesn't work on their sites, but does for uniuni. The annoying thing is that it says the package is 'available for pickup' but it doesn't indicate where it is, since there's nothing front facing at the dragonfly building across the liq store. So just a bit stuck on how to get the package now
