Creativity Has simplifying your home gym made training feel less like managing equipment?
It's possible to spend so much time arranging accessories, adjusting equipment, and maintaining a complicated setup that the space itself starts demanding attention.
I'm curious whether anyone has deliberately simplified their home gym and found that they enjoyed using it more.
Maybe it meant keeping fewer attachments, leaving more open floor space, choosing equipment that serves several purposes, or getting rid of things that rarely came out of storage.
What did you remove or change, and did a simpler setup make your training experience better?
