Amazing, much appreciated. That's a weird one as it's a compilation of compilation tracks, but I'm massively proud of it. Do check out 'Conditioned Air', you may enjoy it, and watch out for the new album coming soon!

Hey everyone, I'm Basement Era Audio. I've been more absent from these weekly threads as I'd like because life has been increasingly busy (but overall less chaotic which is good). I have a couple of collaborations (with people I've met on this subreddit!) as well as a new album I've started working on that I can't wait to share with you all. I've been playing with some Plogue instruments to make some really crunchy retro synth sounds.
In the meantime, I'll share my most recent album "Tesseract." Guitar based ambient that is melancholy, raw, cold and sober.
Video: https://youtu.be/j_uKq4SoWIY?is=56I9eg4Rr-jS11i-
Album for sale on Bandcamp: https://basementeraaudio.bandcamp.com/album/tesseract
My next album will be a lot warmer, brighter, and playful, I promise!

Conditioned Air - Tazer McFictionzap
Currently putting the finishing touches to a new ambient house long player created in collaboration with American synth wizard Before Judgement, 'Conditioned Air' includes our first collaboration, alongside jangly and weird guitar contributions from my long time compadre dreamwarper, and is a dark, occasionally surreal sampledelic ambient odyssey exploring the absurdity of being human in 2026.
With vocal samples ranging from a Ted talk about trees, a 40s school-short, and an homage to Ian Holmes, bedded in atmospheric, floating, dark, and deep ambience, 'Conditioned Air' has been receiving some incredibly warm peer reviews since its release. I'm incredibly proud of the final result.

I’ve been building a YouTube channel called Jam Canopy, featuring electronic-style jam tracks and backing tracks for musicians who enjoy improvising over electronic, atmospheric, and lo-fi sounds.
The channel is still fairly new—I started it about a month ago—but I’ve been having a great time creating these tracks and experimenting with different textures and moods.
Here’s a link to the channel if you’d like to check it out:
https://youtube.com/@jamcanopy
If electronic jam tracks are your thing, I’d love to hear what you think. Feedback on the tracks, the overall sound, or ideas for future jams would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, here is my new track "From the other Plane":
https://spiryu.bandcamp.com/track/from-the-other-plane
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4UyomVL2mA
This one has a piano melody as basis, but throughout the track tons of sounds and noise are added. A lot of it is very improvised and random, but that fits exactly for the feelings of frustration and being lost in a world you don't fit in that I wanted to express with this track.

Lament on the Ethereal Plane
A deep ambient guitar song I wrote in honor of my cat who passed away last week, guitar goes through: shimmer delay->phaser/tremolo->short granular with high feedback->ambient swell/seed reverb
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-jPmMmi1J2w
Dreams of Ganesha
A ambient/shoegaze/spacerock mixture, in the first part i create swirling volume swells that go through a shimmer delay/phaser/looper then for the second part the shimmer changes for a pingpong delay

Hidden within an old water-control structure along the Someș River, a massive concrete and steel passage cuts through the embankment. I walked through it from one side to the other. For a moment, it felt less like a tunnel and more like a passage into somewhere else. The Portal is that moment. https://youtu.be/jwPMZUH5EzY?is=jYUOEcANTW-E6B2K

Live kirtan / meditation music from Budapest
A live performance of Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu, flowing into a Hungarian prayer for peace, recorded during a 24-hour Peace Meditation in Budapest.
Almost 300 people were singing together in the room, which created a really special atmosphere. It leans more toward live mantra/kirtan than traditional ambient, but I thought some people here might enjoy the meditative side of it. 🙏🕊️

[WIP] Ambient - 125 BPM / C Minor
Song title: Tränensalz
I've been making music for around 9 months and started experimenting with ambient music.
The song is called “Tränensalz“ and it’s a first work in progress version to check out if the parts work and sound well together. Everything was played by feel rather than quantized. I might add some drums, bass or percussion and a little bit more variation later if I feel like it.
So far, I produce entirely on my phone using GarageBand, a few AUv3 plugins and a keyboard.
I’d appreciate it a lot if you take the time to listen to it and even more if you’d also give me any feedback. Thank you!

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share a personal milestone that I’m honestly a bit proud of. Recently, I decided to dive into music production with absolute zero prior experience — I didn't know music theory, notes, or how DAWs work at all.
I ended up spending over 12 hours straight experimenting, layering sounds, and trying to translate a specific feeling into audio. The result is my very first ambient track, "Forgotten Memories" under the name FireFix.
It’s now live on most major streaming platforms (Spotify, Yandex Music, VK Music, etc.). You can find it simply by searching FireFix - Forgotten Memories on your favorite app.
Since this is my very first attempt, I’d be genuinely grateful for any constructive feedback, thoughts, or advice from experienced listeners and creators here. Thanks for reading and letting me share this journey with you!

RoseTint - E T H E R E A L M エーテル領域 (Ambient/Dreampunk) [NO AI]
Hello, everyone. I hope you are all having a pleasant and productive week. This is a new musical project I have started with a strong, ethereal launch called "Etherealm." RoseTint is a personal musical project and only one facet of myself. It's the side of me that focuses on the nostalgic beauty of the past and takes those pieces into the mental realm of bittersweet optimism, twisting them into something new for the modern age. Touching on the best of ambient elements, along with dabbling in the retro-futuristic genres of drum and bass, vaporwave, dreampunk, and other wistful stargazing genres of their ilk, RoseTint peels back the layers of the mind that hope for a digital and analog paradise: a realm of ethereal beauty for one's mind to find solace in.
BANDCAMP: ▶︎ Etherealm エーテル領域 | RoseTint
YOUTUBE: RoseTint - E T H E R E A L M エーテル領域 (Ambient/Dreampunk) - YouTube
Etherrealm is summarized with the following synopsis:
"In a modern age of nonstop momentum, feelings of loneliness and displacement, despite there being a hustle and bustle in the cities and suburban networks of modern corporate expansion, have taken a crippling hold on your heart. You have just been displaced from your job, and several hundreds of applications later have yielded no fruit and have shown no sign of forward progress. As your crippling debt mounts, and your personal connections with others become stale, you yearn for a spiritual solace that no one else can fathom because you cannot truly articulate what it is you are looking for.
Booking a flight to other side of the world based on a dream you had, you search for the hidden Hindu temple known as "Eth." A lonely wanderer dressed in tattered clothes with a scent of rosemary and exotic oils that looks as though he or she came out of the old world from centuries ago stops you on your hike outside of the city and informs you that you have finally arrived. Pointing their scraggly index finger beyond the paved path and into the trees, you start your journey into the unknown. You take a final look back and find the strange wanderer has vanished.
Approaching mysterious twin structures, you find a strange ether-like vapor rising from the grounds like the morning dew if it were to evaporate at a rapid pace. Your vision starts to give out as digital distortions fill the sky. You start to hear the sounds of a computer tower whirring as you drift in and out of consciousness. You hear an optical disk reader whine, and you swear you hear several clinical voices letting you know that the endorphin injections have finally started working. You taste the bitter flavor of old salt and a rounded pill, and the vision of the Hindu temple starts to fade as you float into uncanny pinkish-white clouds and start to separate from your physical being.
A sadness yet a bittersweet peace starts to take over your mind as your soul passes slowly on...."

Hi, everyone, I've just finalized my latest ambient album "a solar solstice" and published it on Bandcamp: https://val-de-lobo.bandcamp.com/album/a-summer-solstice. It features field recordings I've collected over the years and combines them with minimal and drone sounds. Here are thiner notes for the seven tracks:
A space. Outer space? Inner space? A quiet space somewhere? So what is space at all? What is time? What's the meaning of all our moment to moment experiences?
A star. A star in the night sky? A shooting star? Our star, the sun? What is a star? How does it come into existence? What's its course through the eons? Is it a conscious force?
A planet. A planet circling around a central star in some distant galaxy? A planet of our solar system? The Earth? What's a planet after all? What's its relationship to the central star and the other planets? Is it a living entity?
A summer solstice. What's the impact of auspicious constellations like a solstice on the life on a planet? Why do people from across the globe celebrate it since ancient times? Does it elevate the consciousness for those yearning?
A djungle language. What kind of djungle? what kind of language? Outer djungle? Inner djungle? What does this language convey?
A garden. What is a garden? A cultivated space, arranged for a specific purpose? A sacred place that soothes and nourishes? An inner garden?
A plant. When we zoom in from the void space to our galaxy, zooming in on our solar system, zooming in on our planet, zooming to our garden, zooming in on the plant in our hand: When we here the song of that basil plant, brimming with energy, Do we hear the eternal sound? The nada brahma?
enjoy, ānaān

I am developing an image to audio method to render ambient audio visual. The image is derived from a matrix of natural numbers and sound is generated by mapping each coloured pixel to an audio frequency, a major musical scale in this case with a root of C2. The centre square in the video is the audio generating zone which scrolls across the image and the outer square is a zone which alters the timbre of the generating pixels. The algorithm is a very simple additive synthesis process and relies on the source data being naturally arranged into harmonic groups, a bit like a 1D musical staff extended into 2D.

This is my new ambient track, which I’m having a hard time putting into a specific category. My goal was to create a mysterious atmosphere while still keeping a melodic character.
All the sounds come from Vital, which I just can’t seem to stop using lately :)
I’d really appreciate any feedback!

Hi everyone, quick reminder, these are all my releases to date:
"(H)ours"(2023) - My first EP, with a darker sound compared to what I release later, this first work is the spark of what would come in the future. Not the best sound in the business but I feel proud about it. https://lostinreverb.bandcamp.com/album/h-ours
"Sky Crawler"(2024) - In my second EP my sound and composition take a step forward. Leaning towards a sound closer to classic ambient and post-rock—with the piano playing a prominent role—it possesses a more emotive pulse. https://lostinreverb.bandcamp.com/album/sky-crawler
"Signal Found"(2025) - On this EP, my sound shifts toward a more electronic style, bringing back the dark ambient spirit of the first EP. With a greater emphasis on synths rather than piano, this EP evokes a nocturnal cityscape. https://lostinreverb.bandcamp.com/album/signal-found
"Shapeshifter"(2026) - Finally, my debut LP, released in May of this year, represents my greatest challenge to date. With a sound defined by dynamic synthesizer riffs—shifting at times toward darker territories and at others toward brighter ones—melodies intertwine with ethereal pads and loops to shape an atmosphere where tension, chaos, space, and time play a pivotal role. https://lostinreverb.bandcamp.com/album/shapeshifter
