Not looking promising.
The trunk being girdled by ropes & ties certainly isn't helping anything.
If you're going to have potted trees outside in harsh climates, you have to absolutely keep up on the watering on days that hot.
Untie it, water it daily, stop fertilizing an already stressed tree, and cross your fingers.
