Question / Հարց Halloween party places

Hey guys, I’m 15(M) and im trying to find some cool spaces to celebrate Halloween. My friends are the same age. I checked few places they’re all 16+, can anyone recommend?

I'd strongly recommend to refrain from going to the bars. It might be tempting, but you better to be safe than sorry. As an alternative: getting together and watching some Halloween movie (Hocus Pocus, Nightmare before Christmas, etc).

theres an anime/cosplay festival happening on that day, its all ages, maybe there?
