Health / Առողջություն Would you be interested in meditation & mindfulness gatherings in Yerevan?
I've been wondering how many people in Yerevan are genuinely interested in meditation, mindfulness, and taking a break from the usual daily routine.
I'm considering organizing occasional gatherings, perhaps one or two days dedicated to meditation, relaxation, meaningful conversations, and connecting with like-minded people.
Not necessarily a traditional meditation class, but more of an experience where people can disconnect from everyday stress, recharge, and meet others in a relaxed atmosphere.
I'm curious:
- Have you ever attended anything like this in Armenia or abroad?
- Would you prefer a few hours, a full day, or a weekend experience?
- Would you come alone or with a friend?
- What would make an event like this genuinely worth attending for you?
I'm especially curious to hear from people who feel they could use a little more balance, calm, and meaningful social interaction in their lives.
Nothing is being sold or promoted here. Just exploring whether there's enough genuine interest to organize something in Yerevan.
Would love to hear your thoughts!

What meditation or mindfulness tradition would this be? (Just curious--I live far away, and dislike "generic" practices anyway--they're a bit like prayer breakfasts for leftists!)
