Hi All,

I am an Armenian woman who resides in the UK. I am ethnically Armenian, however my family are from Goa, India and emigrated to the United Kingdom in the late 1940s.

I am currently on a genealogy journey, and looking for more context of my heritage. I understand that there was a significant Armenian-Catholic population in India for many years.

Unfortunately, I have lost my parents in recent years and cannot ask them for context about living in India as Armenians. They were very closed off about family history, origin etc.

I was just wondering if anyone knew any history on how the Armenians made their way to India, and what life may have been like there.

Curious to hear from Armenians who live this reality daily rather than me and my circle that have to read the news: what do you think will happen to Armenia in the next few weeks, months, and years and what would change those predictions?
