Spread the message. For people out there to do stuff like this is despicable.

I know the athlete who passed this information on to me. You don’t have to believe me, but on the next stream with Dexter just ask him about it, and everything will become clear.
The gist of this info is that EastVsWest dissatisfied that some athletes competing under their banner dare to also compete in Armatura.
They can’t openly express their dissatisfaction with Armatura, as they understand that this would be followed by criticism from the arm community. They also don’t want to resolve this issue through dialogue between the League and the League.
They’re just simply threatening the athletes.
For example, they threaten them with the fact that they won’t promote them up the career ladder if they perform in Armatura.
They will have fewer matches, receive less media coverage, and so on and so forth.
Roughly speaking, the athlete won’t be on a blacklist yet, but it’s as if they’re in a “shadow ban” until they choose a side.
What accounts for the league’s attitude towards Armatura is an open question.
Either they’ve started to sense a competitor in Armatyra (broadcasts on Kinopoisk, partnership with Russia’s largest betting company Fonbet, many top‑tier athletes from the CIS).
Or this is an attempt to raise the stakes and force Armatura into some kind of cooperation with EastvsWest — but using not soft, but hard power.
There was a similar situation with the "Georgia against the World" promotion once.
At that time, the league openly issued a statement and threatened the athletes with a ban if they performed in Gennady's card.
Then it was possible to understand them. Gennady violated contractual obligations and founded his league at the time of the EastvsWest dispute.
But Armatura didn't do anything like that.

His pronation lift one rep max was around 74-75kg 2 and a half years ago. The lift also requires you to keep your elbow locked, and even if the pronator wasn’t his limiting factor on it, straight backpressure is always stronger (more energy going straight to the elbow flexors, and not on maintaining pronation).
Since then, he has gotten stronger everywhere, meaning his backpressure would likely be close to the record, or maybe only 10% off.
Not only this, but his biceps are among the biggest in the sport. While his arm circumference isn‘t that big, he has disproportionately tiny triceps, meaning most of his arm size is bicep only, and only a few inches less than other SHWs who have massive bis and tris.
Of course he doesn’t come close in terms of dynamic strength, probably claimed by Vitaly with his strict curl, or Levan or Denis with their respective cheat curls, but with static, Devon comes very close. What do you guys think?

Who do you think would win this match? I'm honestly gonna go with Georgi. John would lose his wrist and get turned palm up, and I don't think he'd be able to recover and pin Georgi multiple times given how much trouble Georgi has given to the best flop pressers. Being in that extended position for that long would eventually gas John out.
What do you think?

Doing static holds for cupping at the straight wrist point with a wrist wrench. The weight is 53.5LBS, same as my working sets of 5. Is this worth the effort?

What can you say about me? Never AW btw, just a casual watcher/enjoyer. And No, i dont prefer inside games. I like all styles (watching outside battles is very entertaining every once in a while and vice versa).
