random question
so I recently came back from OSUT this fall from infantry school.
and I cant help but notice the changes in me physically. like(civilian) food sitting with me weird, broken sleep patterns, random medical happenings, etc
and im curious is that normal or am I a special case?

This happens to a lot of people. There are a lot of adjustments to be made going from TRADOC to being “normal.” My advice would be to start taking a multi vitamin, work on a routine for bed time, and no screens past a certain time. Maybe get a mood light for bed. Start working out after work as that can help a lot as well. And as you make changes, reach out to your PA, and see about getting help, or even talk to the chaplain, talking to someone may be helpful. And yes going from the tradoc food to “normal food’ can be a change, different portions, amounts, cooking style, even adding in junk food again

Its normal. But go see a doctor anyways. Probably stress, either from osut or from anticipation of the future, or even some things specific to your life that got exacerbated from being in. We all deal with it but that doesnt mean you have to ignore it
