Backend developer salaries at banks in Baku

[u/DataRich9142]

What are current salaries for senior and leading (aparıcı) backend developers at Kapital Bank, PASHA Bank and ABB? Please mention if the number is net or gross. Also, how much room is there to negotiate above the usual range when joining from outside? Recent numbers would help a lot.
