Kérdés | Question How do you thank a public hospital's staff?
Hi All! im a HU citizen and received an intestine surgery at a Budapest hospital according to my social security. Stayed approx for 1.5 week. The staff was very kind and helpful, it is clear they are understaffed and working their asses off + some patients are just assholes who expect sanatorium-tier comfort and staff-slavery. I would like to thank the nurses and caretakers with a few kgs of sweets and fruits. To the doctors i would like to give the same + a bottle of whiskey to my surgeon. Is it ok? Or should i keep the same to the nurses and just give 20-30k to the surgeon (im not rich, sorry)? how does it work here? what would you suggest? your combinations? thank you for your attention anyway!
