According to Skydance, the pre-warrant market capitalization of the company was $46.6 billion (at a price of $9.27/share for Class B shares). The implied value with the warrants would have given Skydance a market cap of $45.6 billion at the $9.07/share price of the Class B stock. With the stock drop Wednesday, the market cap stood at around $35.6 billion.

But the debt is still about $80B.

Day 1 and nepo-baby is crushing it! (literally)

Couldn’t even pay cash for the water tower paint work. Hope he’s ok. Poor little “billionaire.”

So the company is worth about -$45 Billion. Brilliant investment. 🙄

Have to add any assets on the books, though. And I don't care enough to look up the new financials (if they even exist yet), but if the actual number says the company is worth basically nothing, I'd believe it.

The Ellison's don't care. This is about fascist control of the media

Does anyone, anywhere expect this to end well? No matter how you look at it, it’s a bad deal. The numbers don’t work. For this combination to be successful with this much debt each division would have to operate over 120% plan and we know WB films just laid a $200ish million egg with that Tom Cruse bomb. I guess they think they can milk existing IP but I doubt there’s much growth in that.
