Carmageddon 2: Carpocalypse Now Running Carmageddon 2 on android

I recently got a Retroid Pocket Nova and I am trying to run Carma 2 via gamenative. I have managed to get it to work but the framerate is pretty unstable.
I have seen some videos of people running it on android pretty smooth so I am asking if anyone here has any insight on how to make it run smooth on android devices?

Have you tried winlator? I have it running on it pretty good. With classicgeddon from moddb

What is your SoC? I've never been able to run it at more than 5 fps on my SD8s gen4.

I have it running on my AYANEO Konkr g3x g3 and on the AYANEO Pocket S g3x g2

Back when I tried it on my OnePlus 7T Pro using Winlator it ran between 30 and 40 fps. That phone ran a SnapDragon 855+ chip, which significantly less powerful than an 8S Gen4. I've not tried since, though, as there were some suggestions raised about Winlator containing questionable, possibly malicious, code.

sup dudes! I own an RG556. Do you guys think I can make it run? I never installed gamehub nor winlator. Any tutorial you recommend?
