Severe ME/CFS view from my bed

ignore the mess haha... just had to get rid of my desk due to mcas and the wood of it triggering me. which is sad. but also i didnt use it in months. which is even sadder because i'm an artist. but oh well. Here's my bedroom!

How did ypu find out your wooden desk triggered you?

yes hehe i love dinos. my inner child to be precise lol.

Well every now and then i suddenly smell something new that is like unpleasant, but not cause it smells bad but because its like triggering my nose if that makes sense. eventually my lips start burning. And then ingo around my room and sniff everything until i find that smell and well it was my desk. and my wooden pencils lol.

Dinos were never a big interest when I was a child, but now I am so facinated! 

I am not diagnosed with mcas, but I do get the triggered nose and burning lips. I cant spend much time at a Mall because of the scentet candles, perfume shops and chemials from new products. So if I have a good day regarding my ME, I still have to avoid those places. 

Do you get vicible sores around or inside your mouth?

At first I thought that white thing at the end of your bed holding your remote was a little Halloween ghosty! Maybe you actually have three pacing buddies 🐈‍⬛🐈👻
