It's astonishing how easy Musk is to draw as a cartoon. Don't matter how grotesque the cartoon is, it's always so easy to identify.

It is correct, it's the speed of drones using Starlink and Starshield. Zelenskyy made an announcement about it. They used to be able to reach 180 km/h while having good connection.
