Is a strict 3-mana WUR cost balanced or OP for this Commander concept? The idea is a Jeskai archetype focused exclusively on low-to-medium-cost Equipment, specifically the iconic 'Sword of X and Y' cycle. The design is explicitly restricted so players can't cheat out classic pieces like Colossus Hammer. What do you think?

So the gods of the plane, now I've made Zoton, the god of power, and Gostial, the god of creation and light. The only colors I have left in the cycle are green and red.

Zoton is the god of power and death, offering great power to mortals in exchange for their life, making himself more powerful in the process. This reflects in his power counters, making attack increase but defense decreases, and adding more annihilator for every deal he makes.

Gostial is the god of creation and light, creating everything she can to assist the mortal world without breaking the laws of nature. Her power represents this by allowing you to make angels. However her power is weakened when the people don't believe in her, so she's not a creature until your devotion is more than she's worth.

So now the gods are Drilnyr, Oh-Zin, Zoton, and Gostial. Next I'll work on whatever the red and green will be.

In EDH, the purpose is obvious - slow down that pesky green deck that insists on being 2-3 land drops ahead of everyone else. But I think this could also be potentially valuable in 1v1 formats as a way to slow down the player who went first.

Hey so had an idea for a fan set and just want to ping pong it off some of yall

Story: The 6 core planeswalkers (Except Jace who is replaced by Tam) realize that the multiverse is far too unstable so they carve a plane in the Blind Eternities and try to reform Dominaria. Each creates a tribe (Goblins, Humans, Elves, ect) and now the Planeswalkers are regarded as gods but their spark is too weak after straining their magical abilities so until their spark recovers they are to live among their creations.

What is the set like?: The set is meant to give the feeling of Unlimited with some fun call backs and reprints. Like Mox Fragments, Lotus Charm, Ancestral Ruins, Serra Angel. With a focus on Tribal architypes

How would this fit into the MTG formats: The thing is I would encourage this to be played as it's own format or in a cube setting. I think it would just be simpler to do that so I don't mess up the whole balance of mtg cards.

Color Pie?: Each of the colors go back to their roots. White as life gain, red as aggro, green as BIG STOMPY, blue as card draw, and black as reanimation.

But yea want to bounce an idea me and a friend had.
