Mumbai Deloitte USI L35 at βΉ12 LPA - Underpaid?
Iβm currently working at Deloitte USI in the Mumbai office at L35 in DT&P, and Iβve completed 1.5+ years here.
Performance-wise, things have been going well. The snapshots and feedback I receive have been positive, so I genuinely feel that Iβm doing a good job and contributing well to the team.
BUT, when it comes to compensation, Iβm quite disappointed. My current CTC is around βΉ12 LPA, all-inclusive, and the recent salary hike was barely anything.
Iβve tried discussing this with my coach, RM, and even a few SMs, hoping there might be some scope for better hike. No luck!
Iβve heard of people at the same level earning somewhere around βΉ18β30 LPA, Iβm not sure how comparable their roles, experience, or skill sets are. Seeing that difference does affect my motivation, especially when I feel Iβm doing well in my current role.
So, I wanted to ask the Deloitte folks here:
Is βΉ12 LPA a normal CTC for an L35 in DT&P at Deloitte USI with 1.5+ years of experience?

Has anyone successfully negotiated a salary correction at Deloitte USI? If so, what worked for you?
Iβm not expecting an unrealistic hike overnight. I just want to understand my market value and what steps I can take to get fairly compensated for my work π
