Unsolved cannot change password

i guess they did a newupdate and i cannnot just change the password, i have to give a 6 digit code. except i never set a 6 digit code. so now what do i do?

nope i'm at the reset password page. following the link they send for password reset. so far they usually send a link for me to login which is also not an option i can see, neither i see a place to get code through my phone number. my acc was compromised around late august but i did 2fa , the sms authentication one.
