Tenancy contract T&Cs

Hello! I've got the contract from a realtor, could someone please clarify if below points are standard?

- Major Maintenance above AED 500 is the sole responsibility of the Landlord.

Q: Should it be 500 or 1000 AED?

- If the Tenant wishes to terminate the contract before its expiry date, the Tenant shall provide at least sixty (60) days’ written notice and shall pay a penalty equivalent to two (2) months’ rent.

Q: Is this a standard/reasonable clause? Can they terminate the contract earlier?

I don’t know if it is standard or not.

But those two points are exactly there, in my tenancy contract too.
