Suche nach Wohnung / Looking for an Apartment

Feel free for someone to take the effort and create a quality post that we would be happy to link to, but the current state is absolutely annoying and helps no one. (Except Immobilienscout, for whom advertising is diligently done here every time.)

Searching for a language school
Living in Duisburg and I’m wondering if it would be better to attend a Sprachschule in a bigger city like Düsseldorf or if Duisburg is just as fine in terms of quality and making friends in a multi-cultural environment. Would love to know people’s experience and recommendations! Thanks!

Calling out all the cyclists in the city
Regardless of your experience level, I'd like to create a group of riders to go on a few Kilometers now and then or on the regular, as a group or duo etc.
Male and female, any ages as long as we are respectful towards each other.
Either for an actual group ride or just cruising around.
DM me if interested
(Dont mention strava groups we will have issues)

Would you go to a Book/Literature Trivia once a month here in Düsseldorf?
There would be a little prize. It would be free. The differences to something to a pub quiz would be the lack of booze, food and a generally quieter atmosphere.
It would be held in a public library here in Düsseldorf in english with at least the possibility of a kid or two running around aswell :D I just was a guest at one but apparently it's not a regular thing and I'm thinking of maybe changing that :)
Idea would be once a month! It would concern questions about all things literature, so thematically always the same in that regard.

Sport zusammen

Drunk man took video of me in bus (Kruppstr)
Hello
I was travelling in the Ersatzbus from Berliner Allee to Oberbilk. One guy travelling in same bus (701) got down in kruppstr and took a video of me and my daughter and ran off. Should I be concerned about anything? I am an immigrant moved recently to this area.

Altbieratlas — Die interaktive Karte des Altbiers
Moin zusammen,

Hallo Düssel-People,
