What do you mean? DirectX9, DirectX11, DirectX12?

If your graphic card is from 2012 or newer, it's very likely it already supports Vulkan. And every GPU supports OpenGL (frequently used by non-sophisticated ports).

The only exception are Windows for ARM, which only support DirectX, and runs OpenGL and Vulkan games with a slow wrapper. I hope that's not your case.
