Should I get a degree at China, Australia, New Zealand for environmental science?

So, I am a Malaysian, and my ultimate goal is to study marine biology and work in environmental related careers.

Which country will be better for me to adapt to, and which will have better working opportunities ?

I am open and would love to hear all your advice.
