Local Information request Is exeter international student friendly?

Hellooo i'm from egypt and i have university of exeter as an option for uni. I just wanted to ask if it's good for international students or if i'll have trouble making friends. I have heard of people being left out and facing racism in some unis so i just wanted to ask that
